Are you familiar with test kits for pathogens? Do you know the right “method of choice”?
Monitoring pathogenic bacteria in food production is one of the basic principles of food safety. Manufactures can chose a broad variety of different test systems or laboratories to get a reliable overview of the safety status of their products. But analysts need to be familiar with the systems and should know about food matrices or accompanying organisms which could affect the tests.
The workshop “Pathogens” will show all participants the whole range of tests R-Biopharm can offer as analytical solutions for detection of pathogenic microorganisms. Beside a theoretical introduction into the background of bacterial pathogens and the performance of methods, a practical part will teach the participants how to run the test kits and how to recognize and fix possible problems.
