Manche Beh\u00f6rden betrachten \u201cBrett\u201d als verantwortlich f\u00fcr 90 % der Verderbnisf\u00e4lle in Premium-Rotweinen. In der Produktion von Bier (insbesondere von Craft Beer oder belgischen Bierspezialit\u00e4ten) gilt <em>Dekkera bruxellensis<\/em> jedoch h\u00e4ufig nicht als Kontaminant, sondern als Bereicherung f\u00fcr das Aroma.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--2\"><p><em>Lactobacillus<\/em> kann Bestandteil des normalen Fermentationsprozesses sein, kann aber auch unerw\u00fcnschte S\u00e4urebildung bei Bier oder den Verderb von Fruchts\u00e4ften verursachen. <em>Lactobacilli<\/em>werden durch Pasteurisierung abget\u00f6tet.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--3\"><p><em>Megasphaera<\/em> sind gram-negative, streng anaerobe Bakterien.
