Beide Verfahren basierten auf der Verwendung von LC-MS\/MS f\u00fcr den Nachweis. Die positive <strong>Identifizierung von Mykotoxinen<\/strong> in der Matrix erfolgte nach den in der Entscheidung 2002\/657\/EG vorgegebenen Best\u00e4tigungskriterien. Die Quantifizierung wurde mittels Isotopenverd\u00fcnnung anhand von 13C-markierten Mykotoxinen als interne Standards durchgef\u00fchrt.
