Organismos que causan deterioro
Además de la detección de microorganismos patogénicos, es importante mantener el control de los organismos que favorecen habitualmente la descomposición para reducir pérdidas durante la producción.
Este tipo de organismos y patógenos pueden suponen un riesgo de contaminación para casi cualquier tipo de producto. Los organismos que favorecen la descomposición no tienen efectos tóxicos, pero pueden alterar el sabor, olor, aspecto y periodo de validez para el consumo de los alimentos, por lo que suponen un problema económico importante. Para evitar pérdidas o retiradas de producto, es importante determinar si hay organismos que provoquen descomposición en todas las áreas de producción.
Por lo tanto, R-Biopharm ofrece kits de alta fiabilidad para análisis de carne y productos cárnicos, productos lácteos, huevos y sus productos derivados, verdura, fruta, plantas aromáticas y especias, bebidas, cereales y sus productos derivados, así como platos precocinados. Deterioro de las bebidas
Los organismos que provocan deterioro son un importante problema, especialmente en la industria de las bebidas. Las bacterias y levaduras que favorecen la descomposición pueden provocar turbidez y gusto desagradable en las bebidas.
