Los numerosos anfitriones liberan el Campylobacter en grandes cantidades en el medio ambiente, desde donde llega al cuerpo humano a trav\u00e9s de los alimentos contaminados. La dosis infecciosa para contagio de la enteritis por Campylobacter es relativamente baja. Basta con una cantidad no superior a 500 g\u00e9rmenes para que se produzca una infecci\u00f3n. De las aproximadamente 15 especies conocidas de Campylobacter, las bacterias C. jejuni y C. coli son las causas m\u00e1s conocidas de gastroenteritis en seres humanos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--2\"><p>La especie Clostridium se compone de bacterias grampositivas formadoras de esporas que est\u00e1n presentes casi en cualquier parte del medio ambiente.
