Kits enzymatiques et colorimètriques
Les kits enzymatiques ou colorimétriques sont utilisées pour déterminer la présence de certains composants comme le sucre, l’acide ou l’alcool dans les aliments. Ces méthodes jouent un rôle important lors de l’analyse du vin, de la bière, des jus de fruits ou des produits laitiers.
Le test consiste en une réaction enzymatique qui entraîne un changement de couleur. Ce changement de couleur peut être facilement mesuré à l’aide d’un instrument approprié. Compact, portable et entièrement automatique, le système RIDA®CUBE SCAN est une solution particulièrement confortable. Pour effectuer l’analyse, il suffit de pipeter l’échantillon dans la cartouche ; toutes les autres étapes sont réalisées de manière entièrement automatique. Le résultat peut être lu à l’écran en moins de 15 minutes.
Les kits enzymatiques sont utilisés dans les différents segments de l’industrie alimentaire et des aliments pour animaux : boissons alcoolisées (bière, vin, spiritueux), aliments pour animaux, aliments pour bébés, produits de boulangerie, confiseries, produits laitiers, aliments diététiques, jus de fruits, miel, produits carnés, produits pharmaceutiques, aliments préparés, huile, fruits de mer, boissons non alcoolisées, épices, vinaigre et eau.
