Cet enrichissement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement effectu\u00e9 par incorporation ou pulv\u00e9risation de m\u00e9langes pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi aux produits. Cette nouvelle publication \u00e9nonce un certain nombre de nouvelles obligations d\u2019information concernant certains ingr\u00e9dients. \u00c0 la date de durabilit\u00e9 minimale (DDM), les denr\u00e9es alimentaires, aliments pour animaux et produits pharmaceutiques doivent contenir la teneur en vitamines figurant sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment aux recommandations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de chimie allemande (GDCh), une tol\u00e9rance pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30&nbsp;% de la teneur d\u00e9clar\u00e9e est admise pour les vitamines du groupe&nbsp;3 (vitamines&nbsp;A, D, E, acide folique, vitamine&nbsp;B12 et biotine), et de 20&nbsp;% pour les vitamines du groupe&nbsp;2 (vitamines&nbsp;B1, B2, B6, acide pantoth\u00e9nique, niacine et vitamine&nbsp;C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les teneurs en vitamines doivent donc \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par les fabricants et les autorit\u00e9s de surveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur les vitamines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vitamines renforcent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, permettent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme d\u2019utiliser d\u2019autres nutriments, jouent un r\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire pour les enzymes, d\u00e9toxifient l\u2019organisme et r\u00e9duisent le risque d\u2019infarctus.
