Elle est produite par les moisissures d\u2019<em>Aspergillus<\/em>&nbsp;et de&nbsp;<em>Penicillium<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la toxine ne soit pas tr\u00e8s puissante, une certaine g\u00e9notoxicit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie par des \u00e9tudes, indiquant un potentiel effet mutag\u00e8ne et\/ou canc\u00e9rog\u00e8ne. La quantit\u00e9 de patuline d\u00e9tect\u00e9e dans les produits \u00e0 base de pomme est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une valeur de mesure de la qualit\u00e9 des pommes utilis\u00e9es pour fabriquer des produits alimentaires. La patuline peut \u00eatre contenue dans le jus de pomme, la compote de pommes, la pur\u00e9e de pommes, les aliments pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s et le cidre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les produits \u00e0 base de pomme, la patuline fait l\u2019objet de restrictions dans de nombreux pays. La sensibilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes et la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons sont donc extr\u00eamement importantes. Dans les matrices complexes, la d\u00e9tection de la patuline peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e par d\u2019autres composants parasites. EASIMIP\u2122 PATULIN repose sur une proc\u00e9dure bas\u00e9e sur une technologie MIP (Molecularly Imprinted Polymers ou polym\u00e8res \u00e0 empreinte mol\u00e9culaire), ce qui permet de r\u00e9aliser le test de mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique, sensible, rapide et simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les colonnes contiennent un polym\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la toxine cibl\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s extraction de la toxine, l\u2019extrait d\u2019\u00e9chantillon est centrifug\u00e9, filtr\u00e9 et appliqu\u00e9 sur toutes les colonnes MIP. Toutes les toxines de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon sont li\u00e9es par le polym\u00e8re dans la colonne.&nbsp; Finalement, la colonne est lav\u00e9e afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer le mat\u00e9riau d\u00e9pos\u00e9 autour d\u2019elle, puis la toxine est dissoute par \u00e9lution avec un solvant MIP. L\u2019\u00e9luat est recueilli avant l\u2019analyse HPLC. La proc\u00e9dure d\u2019extraction et de nettoyage dure environ 45&nbsp;minutes. Il en r\u00e9sulte une purification et une concentration optimis\u00e9es de la toxine issue des \u00e9chantillons alimentaires pour un chromatogramme plus clair.
