L\u2019allergie \u00e0 la moutarde est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue dans les pays comme la France et l\u2019Espagne, mais aussi en Inde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les graines de moutarde se composent de plus de 20&nbsp;% de prot\u00e9ines, certaines d\u2019entre elles pr\u00e9sentant des effets allerg\u00e8nes.
