Dans les aliments, l\u2019ADN des poissons osseux peut \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par PCR en temps r\u00e9el. C\u2019est une m\u00e9thode fiable d\u2019identification du poisson en tant qu\u2019allerg\u00e8ne.
