Cependant, chez les humains, il entra\u00eene des effets ind\u00e9sirables h\u00e9matotoxiques, en particulier l\u2019an\u00e9mie aplasique induite par le chloramph\u00e9nicol pour laquelle aucune relation dose-effet n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie.
