Celle-ci peut se produire accidentellement par manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, ou de fa\u00e7on intentionnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce genre de fraude ne pose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire mais de qualit\u00e9. Susceptible d\u2019entra\u00eener une augmentation des co\u00fbts, un \u00e9tiquetage incorrect (filets congel\u00e9s, par exemple) n\u2019est souhaitable ni pour les consommateurs, ni pour les transformateurs industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des raisons de transparence pour les consommateurs, la d\u00e9nomination commerciale (dans la langue officielle du pays) et le nom scientifique des esp\u00e8ces de poisson doivent obligatoirement figurer sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette. Cette norme est d\u00e9finie dans le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en\u00b0&nbsp;1379\/2013, chapitre&nbsp;IV, article&nbsp;35. De plus, l\u2019\u00e9tiquette doit obligatoirement indiquer les zones de p\u00eache, le type de p\u00eache et de transformation.
