Cependant, pour certaine personne comme les malades c\u00e9liaques, il est conseill\u00e9 de ne prendre aucun risque ! Nous vous proposons alors une recette sp\u00e9ciale de biscuits sans gluten pour faire que No\u00ebl soit festif pour tous !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--plus - &gt;--><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cette recette est simple, elle peut \u00eatre faite par tous et modifi\u00e9e \u00e0 son go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p> Les ingr\u00e9dients dont vous avez besoin: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 150 grammes de farine de riz ou de farine sans gluten<\/li>\n<li> 100 grammes de farine de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<li> 40 grammes d\u2019amandes moulues<\/li>\n<li> 100 grammes de sucre<\/li>\n<li> 150 grammes de beurre<\/li>\n<li>2 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gomme de caroube<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir tous les ingr\u00e9dients afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse. Ajouter selon vos envies des p\u00e9pites de chocolat, des pistaches ou encore des raisins secs. Envelopper ensuite la p\u00e2te dans du film plastique et la d\u00e9poser au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 heures. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 175 degr\u00e9s. Sortir la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et la mettre sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9, la laisser revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante puis la d\u00e9couper et la rouler sur une surface l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;obtenir des boules bien rondes. Faire cuire au four entre 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur.
