Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, une attention consid\u00e9rable a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite sur les mycotoxines ainsi que sur leurs m\u00e9tabolites secondaires. Ces toxines sont pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019alimentation humaine et animale et sont responsables d\u2019effets canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes et de diverses maladies. Leur pr\u00e9sence est donc r\u00e9glement\u00e9e et les taux doivent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par diverses m\u00e9thodes en fonction des besoins. R-Biopharm est leader dans la fourniture de tests pour le contr\u00f4le des mycotoxines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne relative aux mycotoxines est complexe et comporte des limites variables s&rsquo;appliquant \u00e0 des produits sp\u00e9cifiques. Ceci, ajout\u00e9 au fait que les mycotoxines peuvent coexister dans les produits, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une tendance croissante \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse multi-mycotoxines au sein de l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;alimentation humaine et animale. En cons\u00e9quence, la demande de colonnes d\u2019immuno-affinit\u00e9 multi-toxines a augment\u00e9 depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Pourquoi&nbsp;? Pour concentrer et purifier les toxines et permettre d\u2019atteindre des seuils de d\u00e9tection plus bas pour ainsi proposer une analyse fiable et conforme aux exigences de l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R-Biopharm Rh\u00f4ne propose des colonnes d&rsquo;immuno affinit\u00e9 multi-mycotoxines telles que la 11+Myco MS-PREP \u00ae permettant de concentrer et purifier plus de 11 mycotoxines ou plus en utilisant une seule m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;extraction. L&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est extrait dans du m\u00e9thanol puis il est dilu\u00e9 \u00e0 une concentration appropri\u00e9e, avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la colonne d&rsquo;immunoaffinit\u00e9 avant injection dans le syst\u00e8me LC-MS\/MS. La composition de la solution d&rsquo;extraction et la concentration du solvant appliqu\u00e9e sur la colonne d&rsquo;immuno-affinit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9es pour garantir des taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rations conformes pour les analytes hydrophiles telles que le DON et pour les analytes lipophiles telles que le ZON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus (voir ci-dessous) sont en coh\u00e9rence avec les exigences Europ\u00e9ennes (UE 401\/2006). Il est \u00e0 noter que le fait de travailler sur des matrices purifi\u00e9es retire dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas l\u2019utilisation des standards radiomarqu\u00e9s restants colonnes d\u2019immuno-affinit\u00e9 deviennent de plus en plus populaires en raison des performances analytiques qu\u2019elles permettent d\u2019atteindre.
