Le rapport EFSA <em>One Health<\/em> 2024 sur les zoonoses, r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9, met en \u00e9vidence la persistance de principaux agents pathog\u00e8nes d\u2019origine alimentaire : <em>Salmonella<\/em>, <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em>, <em>Campylobacter<\/em> et <em>Escherichia coli<\/em> producteurs de toxines Shiga (STEC).
