Inoltre, dall\u2019aprile 2004 \u00e8 entrata in vigore la direttiva UE 1829\/2003 che stabilisce per la UE un limite massimo di 0,9% di OGM per alimenti e mangimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rilevazione qualitativa degli OGM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondo le normative nazionali o regionali, si applica la \u201ctolleranza zero\u201d agli eventi OGM non approvati. Al momento, quindi, solo i test qualitativi sono adatti per questi prodotti. Il limite di rilevazione \u00e8 pari allo 0,01%, a seconda della matrice e dell\u2019applicazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Regolamento CE 619\/2011 \u00e8 stato adottato come regola speciale per i mangimi animali. Purch\u00e9 siano soddisfatte alcune condizioni (approvazione UE scaduta, autorizzazione nel paese d\u2019origine, disponibilit\u00e0 di test e di materiale di riferimento, ecc.), viene applicato un valore di soglia tecnica dello 0,1% per gli eventi OGM non approvati. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 particolarmente significativo per le importazioni, non sempre esenti da contaminazioni, di prodotti OGM e mais e soia privi di OGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rilevazione quantitativa degli OGM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per gli eventi OGM approvati, l\u2019analisi quantitativa \u00e8 importante per stabilire se il prodotto si trova o meno al di sopra dei valori soglia definiti o dei valori di etichettatura obbligatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Europa si applica un valore di 0,9% all\u2019evento OGM nella matrice vegetale. Sotto tale valore, gli alimenti con contaminazioni da eventi OGM tecnicamente inevitabili e coincidenti non devono essere dichiarati (CE 2829\/2003 e CE 2830\/CE). La quantificazione avviene mediante la determinazione della concentrazine di particolari geni per gli OGM e per la matrice vegetale in base a specifiche curve di calibrazione e alla conversione in rapporto tra pianta OGM e numero di copie di DNA per matrice. Questa unit\u00e0 adimensionale moltiplicata per 100 fornisce il valore percentuale.
