Utilizzando\u00a0le colonne ad immunoaffinit\u00e0 OHCRAPREP\u00ae di R-Biopharm \u00e8 stata trovata ocratossina A a livelli pari a 93 ng\/g\u00a0nelle tagliatelle di grano e 161 ng\/g\u00a0in fiocchi d\u2019avena.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/19440049.2013.853228#.Uuk9aPunxiw\">http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/19440049.2013.853228#.Uuk9aPunxiw<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hammami et al. (2014) in Food Control hanno analizzato campioni di spezie provenienti da un mercato locale in Dohar sia\u00a0in merito alla presenza di funghi che di aflatossine.
