Enzymatische testen

Enzymatische methoden worden gebruikt voor de bepaling van bestanddelen als suiker, zuur of alcohol in voedingsmiddelen. Dergelijke methoden zijn belangrijk bij de analyse van bijvoorbeeld wijn, bier, vruchtensappen of zuivelproducten.

De testmethode is gebaseerd op een enzymatische reactie die resulteert in een kleurverandering. Met behulp van een geschikt instrument kan deze kleurverandering gemakkelijk worden gemeten. Een bijzonder prettige oplossing is een volledig automatisch systeem zoals de compacte en draagbare RIDA®CUBE SCAN. Om de analyse uit te voeren hoeft het monster alleen maar in de cartridge te worden gepipetteerd; alle andere stappen worden volledig automatisch uitgevoerd. Het resultaat kan in minder dan 15 minuten worden afgelezen op het scherm.

Enzymatische testen worden in een verscheidenheid aan voedings- en voedersectoren uitgevoerd, inclusief alcoholische dranken (bier, wijn, sterke drank), diervoeder, babyvoeding, bakkerijproducten, banketwaren, zuivelproducten, dieetvoeding, vruchtensappen, honing, vleesproducten, farmaceutische producten, bereide voeding, olie, vis, seafood, frisdranken, specerijen, azijn en water.
