Onder deze waarde hoeven voedingsmiddelen met technisch onvermijdbare en toevallige contaminaties van GMO-voorvallen niet te worden vermeld (EC 2829\/2003 en EC2830\/EC). De kwantificering vindt plaats via de respectievelijke kwantificering van een GMO-specifiek en plantmatrix-specifiek gen op basis van een desbetreffende verschillende kalibratiecurve en de omzetting in het aantal GMO plant\/matrix DNA-kopie\u00ebn. Deze dimensieloze eenheid vermenigvuldigd met 100 geeft de procentuele waarde. De kalibratiecurve wordt verkregen via de verdunning van een DNA-standaard en kan op basis van een gedefinieerd GMO-materiaal ook nauwkeurig worden gespecificeerd met een experimentele correctiefactor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GMO-screening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een screening op plantextrinsieke gensequenties die tijdens de GMO-ontwikkeling in de planten zijn ge\u00efnfiltreerd, biedt effici\u00ebnt bewijs voor de mogelijke aanwezigheid van GMO\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De typisch gebruikte gensequenties zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"acf-block block-tabs block-\"><div class=\"block-tabs__menu\"><button onclick=\"openTab(event, 'tab--1',  'block-')\" class=\"block-tabs__title active \">35S<\/button><button onclick=\"openTab(event, 'tab--2',  'block-')\" class=\"block-tabs__title  \">NOS<\/button><button onclick=\"openTab(event, 'tab--3',  'block-')\" class=\"block-tabs__title  \">FMV<\/button><button onclick=\"openTab(event, 'tab--4',  'block-')\" class=\"block-tabs__title  \">BAR<\/button><button onclick=\"openTab(event, 'tab--5',  'block-')\" class=\"block-tabs__title  \">CTP2:CTP4 EPSPS<\/button><\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__area\"><div class=\"block-tabs__content active tab--1\"><p>Deze promotor, gemaakt van het Bloemkoolmoza\u00efekvirus (CaMV: Cauliflower Mosaic Virus), is het frequentst gebruikte element. Plantmonsters die alleen 35S-positief zijn, kunnen ook besmet zijn met het natuurlijk voorkomende virus. Vals positieve resultaten kunnen worden uitgesloten door de virusspecifieke CaMV (S2027)-test te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--2\"><p>De nopaline-synthaseterminator (NOS) van Agrobacterium tumefaciens wordt vaak maar niet uitsluitend gebruikt in combinatie met 35S.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--3\"><p>In plaats van 35S kan ook de Helmkruidmoza\u00efekvirus-promotor (FMV: Figwort Mosaic Virus) in GMO\u2019s worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--4\"><p>Het gen voor fosfinotricine-N-acetyltransferase van Streptomyces hygroscopicus kan resistentie mogelijk maken tegen het herbicide glufosinaat dat onder diverse verschillende merknamen verkrijgbaar is.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"block-tabs__content  tab--5\"><p>Deze sequentie geeft de transitie aan van chloroplasttransitpeptide naar 5-enolpyruvylshikimaat-3-fosfaatsynthase van Arabidopsis thaliana en Agrobacterium spp. Dit maakt resistentie tegen het herbicide glyfosaat mogelijk.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze en verdere parameters kunnen ofwel op modulaire wijze worden gecombineerd, dan wel afzonderlijk worden gebruikt.
