De gemakkelijk te gebruiken platen bevatten specifieke kweekmedia die de groei van geselecteerde micro-organismen bevorderen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kweekmedia zoals onze Compact Dry en RIDA\u00aeSTAMP producten vereenvoudigen de voedingsmicrobiologie aanzienlijk. Het onderzoek is gebaseerd op de kweek van de micro-organismen op goed gemodificeerde standaardkweekmedia. Het detectieprincipe is gebaseerd op specifieke chromogene substraten die door het metabolisme van micro-organismen worden afgebroken in gekleurde producten. Na een incubatieperiode is het gemakkelijk te zien of de respectievelijke parameters aanwezig waren in het voedingsmonster of op het geteste oppervlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compact Dry \u2013 gemakkelijk te gebruiken droge kweekplaten voor voedingsmicrobiologie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De Compact Dry productlijn is gebaseerd op een kant en klare kweekpad voor de kweek van micro-organismen en biedt een reeks toepassingsmogelijkheden in de microbiologische voedingsmiddelenanalyse. Omdat ze gemakkelijk te gebruiken zijn en een speciale detectietechniek hebben, stellen de Compact Dry platen de gebruiker in staat om de totale duur van de microbiologische testen aanzienlijk te verminderen. Zo is het mogelijk om maximale productiviteit en grotere effici\u00ebntie te realiseren bij de uitvoering van de analyses. Compact Dry is een beproefde en geteste, betrouwbare alternatieve methode voor de microbiologische analyse van voedingsmonsters en is een uitstekende methode voor hygi\u00ebnemonitoring van oppervlakken. In combinatie met het Promedia ST-25 bemonsteringssysteem (artikelnr. Z0302) is het mogelijk swabtesten van oppervlakken gemakkelijk en effectief uit te voeren. Vanwege de netachtige structuur van de kweekpads van de Compact Dry platen, zijn deze bijzonder geschikt voor de incubatie van membraanfilters na de filtratie van vloeibare voedingsmonsters (water, dranken). Compact Dry platen kunnen maximaal twee jaar bij kamertemperatuur worden opgeslagen. Deze kant en klare agarplaten werden ontwikkeld voor direct oppervlakcontact. Het zijn gemakkelijk te hanteren en praktische contactplaten met specifieke detectiemedia. Het is een eenvoudige en effici\u00ebnte methode om regelmatig gerichte hygi\u00ebnecontroles uit te voeren. Er kunnen afdrukken worden gemaakt van alle platte oppervlakken binnen het productiegebied en van vaste voeding. RIDA\u00aeSTAMP is gebaseerd op een specifieke plastic petrischaal die specifieke voedings-agar bevat. De toepassing is zeer eenvoudig: Open de plaat, maak een afdruk, incubeer, evalueer \u2013 klaar!&nbsp; De petrischalen kunnen eenvoudig worden gestapeld in een incubator vanwege hun ontwerp en kleine afmetingen. Ze nemen ook nauwelijks ruimte in beslag wanneer ze in een koelkast worden bewaard.
