O excesso resultante de histamina provoca v\u00e1rios sintomas, como dores de cabe\u00e7a, erup\u00e7\u00f5es cut\u00e2neas, diarreia ou v\u00f4mito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indiv\u00edduos que sofrem de intoler\u00e2ncia \u00e0 histamina devem evitar consumir alimentos ricos em histamina. Isso inclui alimentos que foram fermentados ou curados, por exemplo, vinho, queijo, cerveja, chucrute, vinagre ou molho de soja. Outros alimentos tamb\u00e9m podem ser dif\u00edceis de digerir para quem sofre de alergias, como ovos, produtos de carne, leveduras, cogumelos, tomates ou frutas c\u00edtricas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m do potencial alerg\u00eanico, a histamina tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um indicador de peixe estragado.
