Com isso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel detectar de forma confi\u00e1vel vitaminas do complexo B e antibi\u00f3ticos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os microrganismos crescem apenas sob certas condi\u00e7\u00f5es: algumas bact\u00e9rias, por exemplo, exigem um valor espec\u00edfico de pH, uma faixa de temperatura espec\u00edfica e um nutriente espec\u00edfico para crescer. O teste permite uma triagem r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil de carne (bovino, su\u00edna, aves), peixe, camar\u00f5es, ovos, f\u00edgado, rins, urina e ra\u00e7\u00e3o animal para verificar res\u00edduos de antibi\u00f3ticos \u03b2-lact\u00e2micos, cefalosporinas, macrol\u00eddeos, tetraciclinas, sulfonamidas, aminoglicos\u00eddeos, quinolonas, anfenic\u00f3is e polipept\u00eddicos e pode ser utilizado em toda a cadeia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desde os abatedouros at\u00e9 empresas de processamento de carne e laborat\u00f3rios anal\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O teste \u00e9 baseado na sensibilidade das bact\u00e9rias termof\u00edlicas <em>Bacillus stearothermophilus<\/em> a subst\u00e2ncias antimicrobianas. Um n\u00famero definido de esporos \u00e9 incorporado no \u00e1gar nutritivo em ampulas. Se uma amostra testada estiver livre de res\u00edduos de antibi\u00f3ticos, os esporos germinam durante a fase de incuba\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas horas e produzem um \u00e1cido durante a fase de crescimento subsequente.
