Intended use
The SureFood® ALLERGEN 4plex SEAFOOD is a multiplex real-time PCR for the qualitative detection and differentiation of specific fish, crustaceans and molluscs DNA.
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 at the same time. The technical verification of instruments was performed on Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96 Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, and Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q.
