Intended use
The SureFast® Emetic Bacillus cereus PLUS is a real-time PCR for the direct, qualitative detection of a specific cereulide synthetase DNA sequence of the emetic Bacillus cereus.
Each reaction contains an internal amplification control (IAC).
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM and VIC/HEX at the same time. The internal technical verification of instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent AriaDx, Applied Biosystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Roche LightCycler® PRO and Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q.
