Allergen detection possibilities for the food production industry
Food allergies represent a significant health problem and food production requires accurate monitoring to make sure sensitized persons are not exposed to allergens. Consequently, allergen detection and quantitation is important to ensure food safety and labeling compliance.
To support the food industry in their allergen risk assessment, R-Biopharm provides immunochemical (ELISA, lateral flow test) as well as molecular biological (PCR) techniques and has a wide portfolio for allergen tests.
