General Information
The system emits a maximum fluorescent signal in the FAM/DQ channel. To avoid false negative PCR-results an Inhibition-Control is amplified together in the same reaction vessel with the specific sequence (HEX/DQ channel).
Real-time PCR machine for high profile tubes is needed.
