Zuiveringskolommen
Bij het gebruik van analysemethoden zoals HPLC, GC en LC-MS/MS is de zuivering van het monster van groot belang.
Voor de reiniging/zuivering van monsters voor mycotoxineanalyse bieden we IAC- en SPE-kolommen aan. Met immunoaffiniteitkolommen (bijv. RIDA®, EASI-EXTRACT®, PREP®) kunnen vele soorten producten efficiënt van mycotoxines worden gereinigd vóór HPLC, LC-MS/MS of ELISA. PuriTox vastefase-extractiekolommen maken mycotoxine-opzuivering mogelijk vóór TLC, HPLC, GC of LC-MSMS.
Immunoaffiniteitskolommen
Immunoaffiniteitskolommen (IAC: Immunoaffinity column) zijn de standaard voorkeursmethode voor monstervoorbereiding van mycotoxines vóór HPLC, GC en LC-MS/MS. Dit zijn de ideale reinigingshulpmiddelen voor de analyse van complexe of gekleurde voedings- en diervoedermonsters. Monoklonale antilichamen isoleren en concentreren het mycotoxine dat van belang is selectief, en verwijderen alle interfererende bestanddelen uit het monster. Deze zeer specifieke reiniging verwijdert interferentie en leidt tot een schoon eluaat waardoor de noodzaak verdwijnt om bij de matrix passende, of isotopisch gelabelde standaarden te gebruiken. De chromatografie wordt beter en de detectielimieten worden uiteindelijk lager. R-Biopharm biedt IAC’s aan die zijn geproduceerd door haar partner R-Biopharm Rhône. IAC’s van R-Biopharm Rhône worden in officiële methoden van AOAC en CEN erkend; ze overtreffen de specificaties en EU-methodeprestatiecriteria.
Vastefase-extractiekolommen
Vastefase-extractiekolommen (SPE: Solid Phase Extraction) bevatten vaste adsorptiemiddelen die de interfererende componenten en pigmenten binden. De kolommen verminderen zo de achtergrondinterferentie wat de chromatografie en de accuratesse van de resultaten verbetert. De PuriTox producten van R-Biopharm Rhône maken een gelijktijdige detectie van meerdere mycotoxines mogelijk en bieden een eenvoudige, snelle en kosteneffectieve screeningmethode.
