Bederforganismen
Naast de detectie van pathogene micro-organismen, is het belangrijk typische bederforganismen te monitoren om verliezen tijdens de productie te beperken.
Alle soorten producten lopen een mogelijk risico van besmetting door bederforganismen en pathogenen. Bederforganismen hebben geen toxische effecten, maar kunnen smaak, geur, uiterlijk en houdbaarheid van voedingsmiddelen veranderen en vormen zo een belangrijk economisch probleem. Om verliezen of terugroepingen te voorkomen, is het belangrijk om op bederforganismen te testen in alle productiegebieden.
Daarom biedt R-Biopharm betrouwbare kits aan voor de analyse van vlees en vleesproducten, zuivelproducten, eieren en eierproducten, groente, fruit, kruiden en specerijen, dranken, granen en graanproducten en eveneens van bereide maaltijden. Volop beproefde methoden voor on-site testen omvatten klassieke microbiologische testen, zeer specifieke detectie met real-time PCR, of bevestiging van bacteriële toxines door ELISA-testen.
Bederf van drank
Bederforganismen zijn een belangrijk probleem, speciaal voor de drankensector. Bederfbacteriën en gisten kunnen troebelheid en een vieze bijsmaak van dranken veroorzaken. Voor snelle en specifieke screening en detectie van microbiologische bederfparameters in dranken, is bij ons een brede productlijn van qPCR-kits verkrijgbaar.
