Intended use
The multiplex test SureFood® GMO ID 4plex Soya I detects the following DNA-sequences of soya:
- FAM-channel: MON87708 Soja (OECD Bezeichnung MON-877Ø8-9)
- FAM-channel: CV127 Soja (OECD Bezeichnung BPS-CV127-9)
- VIC-channel: DP305423 Soja (OECD Bezeichnung DP-3Ø5423-1)
- ROX-channel: MON87701 Soja (OECD Bezeichnung MON877Ø1-2)
- Cy5-channel: MON87769 Soja (OECD Bezeichnung MON-87769-7)
The event specific detection is according to the official method of the European Commission.
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 at the same time. The technical verification of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Agilent Mx3005P.

No. S1055) is intended to be used for the extraction of DNA from raw materials as well as processed food and feed with sample weight of 2 g. It is used in conjunction with the SureFood® PREP Basic. |
