Intended use
The SureFast® STEC 4plex ONE can be applied for the fast and simple isolation, detection and differentiation of specific DNA sequences of the Escherichia coli virulence factors stx1 (subtype a-d), stx2 (subtype a-g), eae and the Escherichia coli serotype O157 in different types of food.

General Information
The multiplex real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM and VIC/HEX at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 7500, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q and Bio Molecular Systems MIC.
