Intended use
The absorbent buffer (Art. No. BS810-15) is an extraction buffer that can be used for the processing of food samples in the bioavid rapid allergen tests. It is particularly recommended for samples containing polyphenols (e.g. coffee, cocoa, red wine) or samples containing high amounts of oil. It is also suitable for neutralizing samples with a strongly acidic or alkaline pH (e.g. orange juice, wine).
It can be assumed that the absorbent buffer is also suitable for extracting other foods; this must be checked by the user before use.
