Analyse de la bière
L’analyse de la bière peut vous aider à éviter les rappels de produits afin de minimiser les pertes de production et d’éviter de ternir votre image de marque. Nous proposons des systèmes d’analyse pour effectuer des contrôles en cours de fabrication et/ou des contrôles en ligne du produit final. Utilisez différents modules d’analyse pour mettre en place un suivi personnalisé des organismes d’altération microbiologique de la bière et des produits dérivés de la bière : Il est possible d’obtenir une détection extrêmement rapide ou particulièrement sensible et une identification spécifique en combinant différentes méthodes de préparation des échantillons et de détection par PCR en temps réel.
Notre gamme comprend des kits de dépistage QuickGen, des kits de dépistage GEN-IAL® et des kits spécifiques à la bière. La nouvelle gamme QuickGEN se caractérise par la simplicité et la rapidité de l’échantillonnage et du processus de test, permettant d’obtenir des résultats dans les deux heures suivant l’échantillonnage. Basé sur la filtration ou la centrifugation suivie d’une PCR quantitative, le test permet un dépistage et une détection extrêmement rapides et spécifiques dans la bière, sans pré-enrichissement (sensibilité réduite, pas de différenciation de vitalité). L’analyse est très facile à réaliser, même pour les utilisateurs non formés. Basés sur le pré-enrichissement de l’échantillon, les kits de PCR quantitative (qPCR) permettent un dépistage sensible et une détection spécifique. Le nouveau concept de barrettes de 8 puits conditionnés pour PCR quantitative (TPBD, TPYB) permet à l’utilisateur de dépister et d’identifier en toute sécurité plus de 30 bactéries et levures responsables de l’altération de la bière, et ce, en une seule analyse qPCR, sans erreurs d’interprétation et sur la plupart des thermocycleurs multiplexes habituels.
