Intended use
The SureFast® Listeria 3plex ONE is a multiplex real-time PCR test kit for the fast and simple detection of Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in different types of food and environmental samples.

The test method consists of the following three easy steps:
1) Cultural enrichment
2) DNA-preparation (10 min lysis)
3) Specific real-time PCR detection
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels ROX, Cy5 and VIC/HEX at the same time. The technical verification of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Agilent AriaDx.
