Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the sandwich ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin
This video will show, how samples were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin (Art. No. R7001) ELISA after extraction with Cocktail (patented). That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test is AOAC (official method of analysis), AACCI approved and recommended by the FDA. A gluten-free lab is a prerequisite for the analysis of gluten in food.
