Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the competitive ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive
This video will show, how fermented or hydrolyzed samples like beer, starch, syrup or sour dough were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive (Art. No. R7021) ELISA after extraction with Ethanol. That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test AACCI approved and recommended by the MEBAK and AOECS for beer analysis.
