General Information
QualiT Pure™ Multi-Tox MS contains a specially formulated mixture of silica layered between nylon, cellulose and polyethylene frits and contained within a 3 ml polypropylene syringe barrel (plunger included). The packing material retains large molecules and more importantly contains several active sites to absorb various interfering compounds. The QualiT Pure™ Multi-Mycotoxin MS column allows for multiple analytes to be screened with the use of a single column and has been optimised for aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, T-2 and HT-2

Sample preparation
A representative sample should be obtained by following an officially recognised sampling procedure. Sample is extracted using solvent (Extraction solvent can vary depending on the commodity analysed), filtered and passed through the solid phase extraction column.
