Ensaios de Fluxo Lateral
Os ensaios de fluxo lateral combinam um sistema de teste completo baseado em anticorpos em uma única tira de membrana e permitem a detecção de vários analitos em apenas alguns minutos.
Os dispositivos de fluxo lateral (LFD) são tiras de teste rápidas imunocromatográficas. Assim como em outros ensaios imunológicos, o método de teste baseia-se na reação antígeno-anticorpo. Para realizar a análise, a tira de teste é mergulhada na amostra líquida. Se o analito estiver presente na amostra, uma linha colorida se torna visível na tira de teste após 5 minutos. Esta avaliação visual permite análises qualitativas e semiquantitativas. Usando um leitor LFD, as tiras de teste também podem ser analisadas quantitativamente. Além de resultados rápidos e manuseio fácil, as vantagens dos testes de fluxo lateral estão nos baixos custos e na alta validade.
Os testes rápidos RIDA®QUICK da R-Biopharm são uma opção adequada e rápida para a análise de micotoxinas e alérgenos. Esses palitos versáteis estão disponíveis para vários analitos e são validados para muitas matrizes. Para uma gestão eficiente de alérgenos, os testes de alérgenos RIDA®QUICK também podem ser usados para esfregaços. Uma análise qualitativa e semiquantitativa é realizada por avaliação visual, que é simples de manusear e não requer equipamentos de leitura. Os testes de micotoxinas RIDA®QUICK também podem ser analisados quantitativamente, utilizando um leitor digital (por exemplo, RIDA®QUICK SCAN) ou o novo e inovador RIDA®SMART APP. Este aplicativo conveniente para smartphones usa a excelente tecnologia dos smartphones modernos para analisar tiras de teste de fluxo lateral de forma rápida e precisa, e a um preço muito competitivo.
