Colunas de Purificação
Quando se utiliza métodos analíticos como HPLC, GC e LC-MS/MS, a purificação da amostra é de grande importância.
Para a purificação de amostras na análise de micotoxinas, oferecemos colunas IAC e SPE. Colunas de imunoafinidade (por exemplo, RIDA®, EASI-EXTRACT®, PREP®) permitem uma limpeza eficiente de micotoxinas para todos os tipos de mercadorias antes de HPLC, LC-MS/MS ou ELISA. As colunas de extração em fase sólida PuriTox permitem a limpeza de micotoxinas antes de TLC, HPLC, GC ou LC-MS/MS.
Colunas de imunoafinidade
As colunas de imunoafinidade (IAC) são o método padrão escolhido para a preparação de amostras de micotoxinas antes de HPLC, GC e LC-MS/MS. Elas são as ferramentas ideais para a limpeza de amostras de alimentos e rações complexas ou coloridas. Anticorpos monoclonais isolam e concentram seletivamente a micotoxina de interesse, removendo quaisquer componentes interferentes da amostra. Essa limpeza altamente específica remove a interferência e resulta em um eluato limpo, eliminando a necessidade de usar padrões emparelhados com matriz ou isotópicos. Melhora a cromatografia e, em última análise, reduz os limites de detecção. A R-Biopharm oferece IACs produzidos pelo parceiro R-Biopharm Rhône. Os IACs da R-Biopharm Rhône são reconhecidos em métodos oficiais da AOAC e CEN, superando as especificações e Critérios de Desempenho de Métodos da UE.
Colunas de extração em fase sólida
As colunas de extração em fase sólida (SPE) contêm adsorventes sólidos que se ligam a componentes e pigmentos interferentes. Assim, as colunas reduzem a interferência de fundo, produzindo uma melhor cromatografia e melhorando a precisão dos resultados. Os produtos PuriTox da R-Biopharm Rhône permitem a detecção simultânea de múltiplas micotoxinas, oferecendo um método de triagem simples, rápido e econômico.
