Gluten analysis: Ensure a gluten-free lab

This video will introduce how to clean and check the lab before the analysis of gluten with ELISA (RIDASCREEN® Gliadin, Art. No. R7001 / RIDASCREEN®FAST Gliadin, Art. No. R7002) or Dipstick (RIDA®QUICK Gliadin, Art. No. R7003/R7004). A gluten-free lab is a prerequisite for the analysis of gluten in food.

Gluten analysis: Sample preparation with ethanol

This video shows the extraction of gluten from food with ethanol. This extraction method is used for raw or unprocessed samples. After extraction the extract can be used with ELISA (RIDASCREEN® Gliadin, Art. No. R7001 / RIDASCREEN®FAST Gliadin, Art. No. R7002) or dipstick (RIDA®QUICK Gliadin, Art. No. R7003/R7004) for the analysis of gluten in food. To ensure gluten-free food a reliable analysis is necessary.

After extraction the extract can be used with ELISA (RIDASCREEN® Gliadin, Art. No. R7001 / RIDASCREEN®FAST Gliadin, Art. No. R7002) or dipstick (RIDA®QUICK Gliadin, Art. Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the sandwich ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin

This video will show, how samples were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin (Art. No. R7001) ELISA after extraction with Cocktail (patented). That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test is AOAC (official method of analysis), AACCI approved and recommended by the FDA. A gluten-free lab is a prerequisite for the analysis of gluten in food.

Gluten analysis: Test procedure for the competitive ELISA RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive

This video will show, how fermented or hydrolyzed samples like beer, starch, syrup or sour dough were analyzed using the RIDASCREEN® Gliadin competitive (Art. No. R7021) ELISA after extraction with Ethanol. That ELISA is based on the R5 antibody, and the procedure is recommended by Codex Alimentarius ad Type I method for the analysis of gluten. The test AACCI approved and recommended by the MEBAK and AOECS for beer analysis.

That video shows how samples were analyzed on their allergen content using the RIDASCREEN®FAST ELISA after extraction.
