R-Biopharm Rhône is a leading developer of test solutions for food and feed analysis and has been a trusted partner in the industry for over 35 years. As a company, we do everything we can to ensure our staff feel valued and supported. We take pride in being among the 5 % of the companies that have achieved a Platinum Investor’s in People award, the highest level of accreditation. This means our principles, policies and practices around supporting our people are embedded in every corner of the organisation. Everyone knows they have a part to play in the organization doing well and we are always looking for ways to improve.

R-Biopharm Rhône employees know their wellbeing is valued and this is seen in a number of initiatives. Our Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) award is an opportunity for all employees to nominate fellow employees throughout the year for their initiative and desire to go above and beyond the outlined responsibilities of their job description. This is then celebrated at our staff meetings. We also have a monthly treat which ranges from a healthy breakfast to a pizza for lunch day. We encourage our staff to voice their suggestions for improvement at open space events and develop strategic tasks from here. Additionally, our Continuous Improvement Team organise staff away days, Christmas parties and quizzes throughout the year.
