Intended use
Enzytec™ Total Protein is an colorimetric assay for the determination of Total Protein in foodstuff and other sample materials.
General Information
This is a simple method easily applied on instruments. It is based on the reaction who happens between the sample and the Chromogen (pyrogallol red).
The intensity of the coloration is proportional at the concentration of the proteins in the sample.
Using the standard contained in the kit it is possible to prepare a calibration curve to refer.
Plotting on the calibration curve absorbance values and concentration for each single sample, may be determined the concentration of each sample.
