Colonnes d’immuno-affinité et purification SPE
La purification est essentielle pour l’analyse des mycotoxines par des technologies HPLC, GC ou encore LC-MS/MS.
Les colonnes d’immuno-affinité ainsi que les colonnes de type SPE sont adaptées aux opérations dites de “nettoyage – clean-up”, de purification et de concentration des mycotoxines avant une analyse chromatographique.
Nos colonnes d’immuno-affinité (RIDA®, EASI-EXTRACT®, PREP®) permettent des récupérer en concentrant et purifiant les mycotoxines dans les produits simples et complexes avant analyse.
Nos colonnes SPE appelées PuriTox permettent le simple “nettoyage -clean-up” d’un extrait. Elles sont simples et rapides d’utilisation.
Colonnes d’immunoaffinité
Les colonnes d’immuno-affinité sont nécessaire pour préparer les extraits de mycotoxines avant une analyse par HPLC, GC et LC-MS/MS. Elles permettent une concentration et une purification afin d’obtenir des limites de détection conformes à la réglementation ainsi que des chromatogrammes clairs permettant une quantification juste sur des échantillons simples comme complexes. L’ éluât purifié peut-être analysé sans avoir recours à des étalons marqués par un isotope.
Les colonnes d’immuno-affinité de R-Biopharm sont reconnues et nommées dans les textes officiels (NF, AOAC et CEN) comme dépassant les spécifications et les critères européens relatifs aux performances des méthodes.
Colonnes d’extraction en phase solide – SPE
Les colonnes d’extraction en phase solide (SPE), appelées Puritox contiennent des phases qui se lient aux pigments et composants parasites. Elles permettent de réduire les interférences afin d’améliorer la qualité d’un chromatogramme et la précision des résultats.
