Test a flusso laterale per la rilevazione del glutine
Il primo passo consiste nel verificare la presenza di glutine sulle superfici delle aree destinate alla produzione, utilizzando i test a flusso laterale RIDA®QUICK Gliadin per la rilevazione del glutine mediante prelievo di tamponi di campione dalle superfici. Prima di ricercare il glutine nei prodotti è bene verificare che non ne siano presenti tracce all’interno del laboratorio. Il test a flusso laterale RIDA®QUICK Gliadin può essere utilizzato anche su ingredienti e materiali non lavorati.
