Allgemeines
QualiT Pure™ Multi-Ergot Alkaloid MS contains a specially formulated mixture of silica layered between nylon, cellulose and polyethylene frits and contained within a 3 ml polypropylene syringe barrel (plunger included). The packing material retains large molecules and more importantly contains several active sites to absorb various interfering compounds. The QualiT Pure™ Multi-Ergot Alkaloid MS column allows for multiple analytes to be screened with the use of a single column and has been optimised for ergocornine, ergocorninine, ergocristine, ergocristinine, ergocryptine, ergocryptinine, ergometrinine, ergosine, ergosinine, ergotamine, ergotaminine, ergovaline and dihydroergocristine
