Analytes
Mycotoxin standards solutions are used routinely in mycotoxin analysis. They can be used to prepare a calibration curve for the HPLC system, ensuring accurate determination of the toxin. The standard solution can also be used to spike samples in order to check the extraction efficiency of the toxin from certain foods using a particular solvent, or alternatively, to spike sample extracts. They can be prepared from mycotoxin powders, followed by dilution and spectrophotometric calibration. However handling and manipulation of these very toxic powders is hazardous and the preparation and verification of these standard solutions is labor intensive. R-Biopharm offers ready to use standard solutions and in-situ generated mycotoxin standards from dry mycotoxin standards.
Trilogy® Certified Reference Standards
Trilogy Analytical Laboratory produces ISO 17034:2016 Certified Reference Standards that are accompanied with an appropiate Certificate of Analysis including metrologic traceability. Each Certified Reference Standard CoA can also be found online. Certified reference standards are availabe for the aflatoxins, deoxynivalenol (DON), ochratoxin and zearalenone.
Trilogy® Dry Mycotoxin Standards
Dry Mycotoxin Standards are an extensive range of single and multiple mycotoxin standards. More than 30 different mycotoxins including aflatoxins, fumonisin, zearalenone, ochratoxin and trichothecenes are available. Just add the amount and type of solvent as mentioned on the certificate and the standard is ready for use. In addition to readily available stock standards, Trilogy provides custom ordered standards for HPLC/GC/TLC methods. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided with each standard produced. Shelf life is typically 12 months after production plus 6 months after reconstitution.
Trilogy® Liquid Mycotoxin Standards
Liquid Mycotoxin Standards are a full range of single and multiple mycotoxin standards in organic solvents. More than 20 different mycotoxins including aflatoxins, fumonisin, patulin, ochratoxin, zearalenone and trichothecenes are available. Trilogy provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each standard produced. Shelf life is typically 12 months after production.
R-Biopharm Rhone mycotoxin standard solutions
RBR offers ready to use standard solutions for aflatoxins and ochratoxin. Concentrations and solvents enable a direct use on your HPLC system. RBR provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each standard produced. Shelf life is typically 18 weeks after production.
