Intended use
The SureFood® 3plex APPLE/PEAR is a multiplex real-time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection of specific DNA sequences of apple (Malus domestica) and pear (Pyrus communis) in food and feed.
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM, VIC/HEX and Cy5 at the same time. The internal technical verification of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche LightCycler® PRO, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 5, Bio-Rad CFX96 Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Agilent AriaDx.
