Intended use
The test detects beef (Bos taurus), sheep (Ovis aries) and goat (Capra hircus) DNA. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for vertebrates DNA (IAAC).
General Information
The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96 Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Roche LightCycler® 480 II and Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q.
