Ensayos de flujo lateral
Los ensayos de flujo lateral combinan un sistema integral de análisis basado en anticuerpos en una única tira de membrana y permiten la detección de diversos analitos en solo unos minutos.
Los dispositivos de flujo lateral (LFD) son tiras reactivas inmunocromatográficas rápidas. Al igual que sucede con otros ensayos inmunológicos, el método de ensayo se basa en la reacción antígeno-anticuerpo. Para realizar el análisis, la tira reactiva se sumerge en la muestra de líquido. Si el analito está presente en la muestra, aparece una línea de color en la tira reactiva después de 5 minutos. Esta evaluación visual permite el análisis cualitativo y semicuantitativo. Mediante un lector LFD, las tiras reactivas también se pueden analizar de forma cuantitativa. Además de la rapidez de los resultados y la sencilla manipulación, los ensayos de flujo lateral tienen otras ventajas, como su bajo coste y elevados niveles de validez.
Los ensayos rápidos RIDA®QUICK de R-Biopharm son una opción, adecuada, rápida y fácil de usar para el análisis de micotoxinas y alérgenos. Estas versátiles tiras sumergibles están disponibles para varios analitos y se han validado para muchas matrices. Para un control eficiente de los alérgenos, los ensayos RIDA®QUICK para alérgenos también se pueden utilizar para hisopado. El análisis cualitativo y semicuantitativo se realiza mediante evaluación visual, lo que facilita el proceso y evita la necesidad de equipo de lectura. Los ensayos RIDA®QUICK para micotoxinas también se pueden analizar cuantitativamente mediante un lector digital (por ejemplo, RIDA®QUICK SCAN) o la nueva e innovadora aplicación RIDA®SMART APP. Esta práctica aplicación para smartphone aprovecha la excelente tecnología de los smartphones actuales para analizar tiras reactivas de flujo lateral de forma rápida y precisa y a precios muy competitivos.
