The test detects DNA from the gluten-containing cereals from wheat, barley, rye, oat, spelt and kamut.
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments (Roche LightCycler®, Rotor- Gene Q, ABI PRISM, Eppendorf realplex, BioRad CFX96, Agilent MxSeries etc.).
For DNA-preparation the use of SureFood® PREP Advanced, protocol 1 is recommended.
