Saggi a flusso laterale
I saggi a flusso laterale condensano un intero sistema analitico basato sull’uso di anticorpi su una singola strip a membrana e consentono di rilevare vari analiti in pochi minuti.
I dispositivi a flusso laterale (LFD) sono strip per test immunocromatografici rapidi. Come per altri saggi immunologici, il metodo si basa su una reazione antigene-anticorpo. Per eseguire l’analisi si immerge la strip nel campione liquido. Se l’analita è presente nel campione, entro 5 minuti sulla strip appare una banda colorata. Questa valutazione visiva consente un’analisi qualitativa e semiquantitativa. Con un lettore LFD è poi possibile analizzare la strip quantitativamente. Oltre alla rapidità dei risultati e alla facilità di utilizzo, i vantaggi dei test a flusso laterale risiedono nei costi contenuti e nell’elevata validità.
I test della linea RIDA®QUICK di R-Biopharm sono una soluzione rapida e di facile utilizzo per l’analisi di micotossine e allergeni. Questi versatili dipstick sono disponibili per vari analiti e validati per varie matrici. Per un’efficace gestione degli allergeni i test della linea RIDA®QUICK sono utilizzabili anche per i tamponi di superficie. Un’analisi qualitativa e semiquantitativa viene eseguita mediante valutazione visiva, una procedura facile da utilizzare e che non richiede alcun lettore. I test RIDA®QUICK per le micotossine possono poi essere analizzati quantitativamente con l’impiego di un lettore digitale come RIDA®QUICK SCAN o con la nuova e innovativa RIDA®SMART APP. Questa comoda app per smartphone utilizza l’eccellente tecnologia dei moderni smartphone per analizzare le strip a flusso laterale in maniera rapida e accurata e a un prezzo davvero competitivo.
